Cuci77 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci77 ("Company", "Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the cuci77 platform, including the cuci77.bet website and all services offered therein.

Registering a cuci77 account is completely free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false or inaccurate details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Personal Information: Your full name as per MyKad, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and your correct date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.
• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• Information Update: If any of your personal details change — especially your phone number or email — please update them in your cuci77 account promptly.
• Unauthorised Activity: If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the cuci77 support team immediately. cuci77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the account holder's own negligence.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): cuci77 encourages all members to enable the 2FA feature in their account security settings for additional protection.

Cuci77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer) as part of our standard compliance procedures. This process is in place to protect the security of your account and uphold the integrity of the platform.

Cuci77 only accepts deposits via legitimate, recognised payment methods. All financial transactions on the cuci77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit details are as follows:

• Legitimate Source of Funds: All deposits must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in the same cuci77 member's name. cuci77 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
• Currency: All deposits and transactions on cuci77 are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted.

• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold may require KYC identity verification. Please have a clear copy of your MyKad ready to speed up the process.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM 50.

• Withdrawal Methods: Winnings may only be withdrawn using the same method as the original deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same member's name.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each bonus offer.

• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, cuci77 will endeavour to resolve the affected round fairly based on the game state at the time of the disruption. Details of this procedure are available in the respective game policies.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — odds are accurate at the time the bet is placed. cuci77 reserves the right to void or adjust odds in the event of an obvious pricing error.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Live betting is subject to additional rules as set out in the sports betting section of the cuci77 platform. All live bets are final once confirmed by the system.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cuci77 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in permanent suspension or termination of your account, as well as forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Multiple Account Registration: Registering or using more than one account on cuci77, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Identity Fraud: Using another individual's personal information to register for or access a cuci77 account.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, betting bots, or scripts to interact with the cuci77 platform without written authorisation.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating bonus offers through multiple accounts, circumventing wagering requirements, or other dishonest methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the cuci77 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in table games or Sports Betting.
• System Vulnerability Exploitation: Deliberately seeking out and exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors within the cuci77 platform system to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards cuci77 support staff or other members.

Cuci77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms. The suspension procedure is as follows:

• Suspension Notice: In most cases, members will be notified via their registered email of the account suspension and the reason for it. However, in cases involving fraud or security threats, immediate suspension without prior notice is permitted.
• Account Balance Upon Suspension: If your account is suspended for reasons other than fraud or a serious breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded.
• Appeal: Members whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal via cuci77's official email within 30 days of the suspension notice. All appeals will be reviewed fairly by our compliance team.
• Voluntary Closure: Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact cuci77 customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded within 5 business days.

The cuci77 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly, there are limitations of liability that all members should be aware of:

• Service Disruptions: cuci77 does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted platform availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary disruptions.

• Language of Agreement: These Terms & Conditions are prepared in Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
• Disputes: Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cuci77 platform must first be addressed through cuci77's formal complaints process. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by applicable laws and you agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction.
